Emma brings a strong academic and professional foundation to Rossnet's advisory work. She supports governance implementation, training delivery, and client engagements across the practice — combining analytical rigour with a practical approach to embedding AI governance in real organisational contexts.
A Registered IT Technician and Member of the British Computer Society, Emma works alongside Dr Joseph Ross on ISO 42001 implementation programmes, internal assurance activities, and training delivery to client teams. She is currently completing ISO 42001 Lead Implementer certification.

Governance Implementation
Supports clients through ISO 42001 AI Management System implementation — working across scoping, policy development, controls design, and internal assurance activities.
Training Delivery
Delivers training to client teams on AI governance, responsible AI, and the requirements of ISO 42001 — adapting content to the audience and organisational context.
Client Engagements
Works directly with clients throughout engagements, bringing analytical precision and a practical approach to ensuring governance is embedded rather than documented.
