Dr Joseph Ross

CITP FBCS

An independent executive adviser with a defence and government background and doctorate in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, professional chartership at Fellow level, and operational experience spanning defence, policing, and higher education. Rossnet exists to bring that depth of expertise to organisations that need it most.

Joseph's research and delivery background spans Operational Research and Computational Intelligence (digital twins, multi-objective optimisation), a contract MOD Principal Investigator role in sovereign and edge LLM workflows, and teaching roles from secondary computing through to university lecturing at Plymouth. He also served as Director and Chief Technology and Finance Officer of the South West Cyber Resilience Centre.
