Profile

Dr Joseph Ross

BEng(Hons) PGCE PhD CISMP CITP FBCS  ·  Founder & Principal Adviser, Rossnet Consultancy

Joseph founded Rossnet to provide the kind of independent, credentialled AI advisory that most organisations cannot access through their existing networks. His background spans a Royal Navy-sponsored doctorate in Digital Transformation and AI, senior operational leadership in cyber resilience, and active academic engagement — all of it applied directly in client engagements.

As a Chartered IT Professional and Fellow of the British Computer Society, he advises boards, leadership teams, and investment portfolios on AI governance, assurance, and strategy. Every engagement is led personally. Clients receive the expertise they engage, throughout the engagement.

Rossnet operates without vendor ties, technology partnerships, or commission arrangements. Advice is given on merit — the right course of action for the organisation, not the commercially convenient one.
